Chiara Clementi  was born in Montevarchi (AR) in 1991. She earned a Master's degree in electronic engineering at the University of Florence in July 2016. From October 2016 she is a PhD student at the Department of Information Engineering of University of Florence and she is working as a grantholder at the SILab, Seals and Identification Laboratory, within the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. Her researches concern the ultrasonic identification and authentication of copper canisters for spent nuclear fuel.
