Stefano Ricci received the degree in Electronic Engineering in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Systems Engineering in 2001, both from the University of Florence. Since 2006 he works as researcher at the Electronics and Telecommunications Department of the Università degli Studi di Firenze, in Florence. His research activities are focused on the development of high performance digital signal processing systems for the testing of new ultrasound diagnostic techniques.
